I Have An Iphone But No Iphone Plan How Can I Get Safari amp Facebook As Well As My Other Applications To Work

I put my simcard in this new iphone. I don't have an iphone plan. How can I get Safari, Youtube, and Facebook as well as my other applications to work? Calling and Text messaging works, however; the majority of my applications do not work.I just want at least internet and shazam and I should be good.
