If You Have An Unlocked And Jailbroken Iphone 3g Can You Sync Music From Your Itunes Library On The Iphone

I have alot of songs in my iTunes library and I want to put them on my iphone. Is this possible, or is that something I lose because of the unlocking? Also are there any music player apps in cydia?
