How Do I Transfer My Iphone Settings To My New Computer

I recently got a new computer, and simply want to transfer all my old iphone settings (playlists, preferences, etc) to my new computer. The directory and drive of all the files will be exactly the same (d:\mp3). However, I'm going from Windows XP to Windows Vista (64 bit). What's the easiest way to do this?
