What Jailbreak Iphone 3g Program Makes The Iphone Think Its On Wifi

I just installed slingplayer for iPhone 3g which has been isolated to wifi hotspots. I understand there is a jailbreak function that makes the phone "think" its on wifi and will thus, allow you to stream tv via slingbox over 3g. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
